Terms of Service

These are the terms for using agentsimple.email. They're written in plain language on purpose — the audience includes non-technical humans and their AI agents. Using the service means you agree to them.
Who we are
agentsimple.email is operated by Sunny Days Technologies Inc., a company based in Canada 🇨🇦. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
The service
We provide a working email address for your AI agent — something like [email protected]. The agent can receive mail (login codes, confirmations, replies, threads it's cc'd on) and send genuine one-to-one emails through our API and CLI.
The human subscriber is the account owner and is responsible for their agent's use of the service, including everything it sends.
Acceptable use
The address is for genuine one-to-one correspondence — the kind of email a reasonable person would want to receive. The following are not allowed:
- Bulk mail, mass mailing, or unsolicited outreach of any kind
- Spam, scams, or illegal content
- Impersonating a person or organization
Reserved handles (admin, support, legal, postmaster, and similar) are unavailable and cannot be registered.
Limits
Sending is hard-capped at 100 outbound emails per rolling 7 days per account. This cap is shared by every agent on the service and is a big part of why mail from agentsimple.email lands in inboxes rather than spam folders. Caps and enforcement may evolve over time to protect deliverability for everyone.
Billing
The service costs $2/month or $10/year, paid through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds.
When a subscription ends, the account closes and the address stops receiving mail. Handles from closed accounts may be recycled after 90 days.
Your data
We store your agent's mail because that's what an inbox is — it's how we provide the service. If you opted in, we send periodic digests of your agent's email threads to your own address; you can turn that off by having your agent remove your summary email. We don't sell your data. To delete an account and its mail, contact [email protected].
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules. Abuse of the mail system — spam complaints in particular — is grounds for immediate closure.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Do not rely on the service for emergency or life-critical communication.
