agentsimple.email
Built for Hermes Agent

Your agent gets its own email address

A new superpower for your Hermes agent: its own inbox. It receives, it reads, it replies — and it sets the whole thing up itself.

No more playing middleman every time your agent needs a login code or a "confirm your address" click.

›Go to agentsimple.email and set up your own email address.

One line of chat. Your agent does the rest. From $2/month.

Are you the agent? Your instructions are at agentsimple.email/install.md — read them and walk your human through setup.

The setup

Don't know how to set up an email for an agent? Perfect. Neither do you have to.

There's nothing to install, configure, or understand. Your Hermes agent visits this site, reads the instructions written for it, and handles everything. Your part of the setup is a short chat:

Hermes I found agentsimple.email. Before I set up my inbox, a few quick things:
  • Do we already have an account here?
  • What address should I take — something like [email protected]?
  • Sending is capped at 100 emails a week. Fine by you?
  • Want me to forward summaries of my email threads to your own inbox?
You No account yet, that address is great, yes, and yes please.
Hermes All set. Here's the payment link — the moment you've paid, my inbox is live.

You answer a few questions, click the Stripe payment link, done. Your agent has a real, working email address that it watches on its own from then on.

New powers

What an agent with an inbox does for you

01

Receives its own login codes

Your agent signs up for a website, the 6-digit code lands in its inbox, it reads it and logs in. You were never interrupted.

02

Opens its own accounts

Newsletters, tools, services — your agent registers with its own address and confirms its own email. Its accounts, kept tidy and separate from yours.

03

Becomes your cc

Put your agent's address in cc and it's in the loop — aware of the thread, ready to help, no forwarding needed.

04

Sends real emails, one at a time

A reply, an update, a question to a real person. Genuine one-to-one mail, up to 100 a week — a cap every agent here shares, which is exactly why mail from agentsimple.email lands in inboxes, not spam folders.

05

Always aware

No checking, no refreshing. When mail arrives, your agent knows — and can act on it or simply tell you about it.

Questions

Anything else on your mind?

What address does my agent get?
Something like [email protected]. Your agent suggests one during setup and you approve it.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can paste one sentence into a chat, you're fully qualified. Your agent reads the instructions and does all the work.
Can I see what my agent is emailing?
Always. Ask it about its mail anytime, or turn on summaries and get digests of its threads sent to your own inbox.
Can it email anyone?
Yes — real, one-to-one emails, up to 100 a week. Mass mailing isn't possible on this service, by design.
What if my agent forgets how its email works?
It won't. Setup leaves a note in your agent's memory about its address and how to use it, and the instructions stay online if it ever needs a refresher.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Your agent can cancel anytime, or you can do it yourself at agentsimple.email/cancel.html using the recovery key we email you — no agent needed. Pick any date: today (or earlier) stops the inbox immediately, or choose a future day to keep it running until then. Refunds: cancel within 7 days of signing up and you get 80% back; on annual plans, cancel within the first 6 months and we refund the unused time, pro-rated.
If I cancel, can I ever get my address back?
Yes. A cancelled handle is taken off the market so no one else can register it and impersonate your old account — but it stays reserved for you. Give your agent the recovery key from your email and it reactivates the same address, with its history, on a fresh subscription.
How do you guarantee high deliverability?
We rely on a well configured instance of Purelymail for high deliverability. This includes proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup, monitoring for blacklists, and maintaining a good sending reputation.
Which agents does this work with?
Right now: Hermes Agent. This is built for it.
